AutoDataMine SMS Terms (Consumer Notice)

These SMS Terms apply when you receive a text message from a participating automotive dealership sent through the AutoDataMine platform.

The dealership — not AutoDataMine — is the sender. AutoDataMine provides the software the dealership uses to manage messaging. The dealership represented to AutoDataMine that it obtained your prior express written consent before sending you any marketing messages.

Program description

The dealership may use SMS to:

- Confirm or remind you about service appointments. - Notify you of recall, warranty, or maintenance information related to your vehicle. - Share offers for vehicle service contracts (VSC), GAP, prepaid maintenance, trade-in valuations, or vehicle purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with the dealership.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan. Neither AutoDataMine nor the dealership charges you for messages.

Opt-in

You opted in by providing your phone number and consent to the dealership, typically at service intake, vehicle purchase, online form completion, or in writing. Records of consent are maintained by the dealership.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages from that dealership. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further marketing messages.

To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the dealership directly. You may also contact AutoDataMine at support@autodatamine.com (we will route requests to the dealership).

Supported carriers

The program is compatible with major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled under the AutoDataMine Privacy Policy and the dealership's privacy policy. The dealership controls the use of your personal information; AutoDataMine processes it on the dealership's behalf.
