AutoDataMine Cookie Policy

Current state

AutoDataMine currently uses only strictly necessary cookies — those required to operate the Site and the Services (for example, session and authentication cookies for the dealer application).

We do not currently use:

• Third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Advertising or marketing pixels
• Session-replay tools (Hotjar, FullStory, PostHog session replay)
• Social media plug-ins that drop cookies

If that changes

Before adding any non-essential cookies or trackers we will:

1. Update this page to describe each category and purpose. 2. Update the Privacy Policy with the corresponding data flow. 3. Where required by law (e.g., for EU/UK visitors, or under certain US state laws), display a consent banner and not drop the relevant cookies until the visitor consents.

How to control cookies

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the Services (authentication will not work).
